Bachelor’s in Hotel Management
Program Concept
This is a Work – Study Bachelor’s Program in Hotel Management. As a part of the course curriculum, the Student learns 50% of the course theoretically at the GEMS B SCHOOL campus and the remaining 50% of the course practically at reputed Hotel in Bangalore. While the students will be taught all the concepts of hotel management in the classroom by experts from the Hospitality Industry, they will also be given practical exposure to various aspects of Hotel Management such as Front office, Food & beverage service, House keeping, Food Production, Banquets, Inventory management etc in a reputed Hotel in Bangalore.
At the end of 3 years, along with a Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management the student will also be given an Internship certificate for 3 years for all the practical exposure gained followed by a Full time salaried job placement in a 5-star hotel. The student will be awarded a dual degree in this program. The dual degree will be awarded by a recognised and approved International University, and a UGC recognised and NAAC ‘A’ grade accredited Indian University. On the strength of these degrees students can apply for employments in the Private sector, Public sector and Overseas as well. Fees payable in 6 easy instalments. Hostel accommodation available in the campus.
All study material will be given to students in Tabs. Students will be taken on an outbound workshop as a part of the course curriculum.
