On 9th November 2014, 131 Gems embarked on GALE (GEMS AT LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE), their yearly learning-through-adventure expedition. Rappelling, Rafting, obstacle race, Blind Trek were some of the highlights. While all of them had an unforgettable experience, everyone came back recharged with people skills like Leadership, Team Building, Emotions Management and Conflict Management etc.
